When I started my first business, I was excited to deliver high quality work to my clients and help them grow their businesses. But I quickly realised that I was spending so much time on the admin that I was not able to focus on delivering that premium service I promised.

At some point I stopped and thought, why am I doing this? Why am I spending so much time on the admin when I could be doing something more valuable? Why am I not able to focus on delivering the premium service I promised?

That question is what led to Clophy. Because when I looked around, I realised I was not the only one doing this. Most small business owners are running their companies the same way, buried in the repetitive stuff, doing manually what could easily be done automatically, and losing time and money because of it.

I decided to share these systems I built for myself with other entrepreneurs to help them avoid suffering the same fate I was.
