A schedule + document signing system was designed for Chaz that allows him to schedule meetings and sign documents with his clients without him having to do it manually.

The Problem
Chaz's process was scheduling a meeting and then manually sending over the document to the client for signing. This was a time-consuming process that took him some time to complete and was not efficient.

Chaz was onboarded via an in-person meeting where we discussed his business and his needs. We built the scheduling and signing system using his existing documents and his existing folder structure.
